Personal data protection

  • Analysis of internal company documentation (procedures, policies, instructions, etc.) and its alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation;
  • Analysis of the company’s contracts and their alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation;
  • Analysis of the relations between the company (as a controller of personal data) and other controllers, resp. processors of personal data and drafting relevant contracts on personal data processing consistent with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation;
  • Preparation of the full set of required documents under the General Data Protection Regulation, including internal rules and procedures, policies, notifications and consents, records of processing activities, timetable for storing and destroying data, etc.;
  • Providing the functions of a Data protection officer as envisaged in the General Data Protection Regulation;
  • Conducting trainings of the company’s personnel on the processing and protecting of personal data;
